Hybla seating system by Elisa Ossino for Boffi

Dezeen Showroom: Italian furniture company Boffi collaborated with designer Elisa Ossino on a modular sofa informed by the aesthetics of the 1970s.
The Hybla seating system is made up of minimalistic modules topped with capacious, plump seat cushions.
The modules can be reconfigured depending on the proportions of the space, creating opportunities for different layouts.
Users can select from a host of upholstery options, including leather and velvet, which Boffi De Padova says further enhances the possibilities for personalisation.
"When designing Hybla, I wanted to evoke the allure of the warm and welcoming interiors of the 1970s," said Ossino.
"The lines, slim profiles, generous seating, softness, and extensive modularity of the compositions suggest both refinement and comfort."
