Revealed on the red carpet at the film’s world premiere in Los Angeles, the bespoke vehicles have been created by Porsche’s Sonderwunsch division, which specializes in highly customized commissions. Developed in collaboration with Disney and Pixar, the project translates the personalities of the beloved characters into drivable automotive designs while supporting a charitable initiative benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the American Red Cross, and Starlight Children’s Foundation.
The most striking of the trio is a Porsche 911 GT3 RS inspired by Buzz Lightyear. Drawing directly from the Space Ranger’s white, green, and purple suit, the high-performance model features a white body accented with vivid green details and a dramatic rear wing that references Buzz’s deployable wings. As one of the final examples of the current-generation GT3 RS, the car is equipped with the Weissach Package and forged magnesium wheels carrying custom Space Ranger center caps. Porsche extends the character-inspired detailing to bespoke Goodyear tires marked with Lightyear lettering and subtle easter eggs developed specifically for the collaboration.

Inside, the Buzz Lightyear theme continues through green stitching, violet leather accents, and illuminated door sills displaying the character’s famous catchphrase, To Infinity and Beyond. A bespoke illustration created by Pixar production designer Bob Pauley appears on the dashboard, reinforcing the one-off status of the vehicle. The interior combines Pebble Grey leather and Arctic Grey Race-Tex with vibrant color accents that mirror the character’s animated appearance.
Alongside the GT3 RS, German automotive manufacturer Porsche presents two additional interpretations of Toy Story’s western heroes. A 911 Targa 4 GTS inspired by Jessie adopts a newly developed pearl-effect white paint finish that references the buttons on her cowgirl shirt. Yellow graphics, red pinstriping, and a bright red Targa roof echo elements of the character’s costume, while custom denim-look upholstery pays tribute to her signature jeans. The Targa bar replaces its traditional designation with Jessie’s name, creating a direct connection between vehicle and character.

Woody takes shape as a specially commissioned 911 Carrera T finished in a custom denim-inspired paint developed exclusively for the project. Porsche engineered the finish to replicate the texture and visual wear of blue jeans, revealing subtle layers of color and patina across the bodywork. Inside, brown vintage leather, red checkered detailing, and denim upholstery reference the cowboy doll’s familiar outfit, while illuminated door sills greet occupants with the phrase Ride Like the Wind.
The three one-off vehicles celebrate more than three decades of Toy Story storytelling while highlighting Porsche’s bespoke craftsmanship capabilities. Following their public debut, the cars will be sold as part of a charitable initiative supporting children, families, and communities across the United States, extending the collaboration beyond design into a broader effort focused on social impact.
