The 92nd Street Y (92NY) has reached a major milestone: Beyer Blinder Belle (BBB) completed phase three of a masterplan for the lauded Upper East Side institution. The initial masterplan by BBB was completed in 2018; the overall project cost is $250 million. Phase three of the masterplan kicked off in 2024 and cost $91
