Nina lounge chair by Patricia Urquiola for Andreu World
A glossy, hammered shell meets an amorphous upholstered seat in this 1970s-informed seat by designer Patricia Urquiola for furniture brand Andreu World.
The Nina lounge chair has a compact yet expressive form also inspired by a 1656 portrait, where the subjects wear oversized, puffy skirts.
A futuristic frame made from aluminium characterises this chic task chair by Danish brand Vipp.
Vipp453 Swivel is available in a selection of seat and backrest upholstery options, and is intended for use in both workplaces and home offices.

Cattle armchair by Gibson Karlo for Design By Them
Sturdily stuffed cushions drape over a metal frame in this series of hard-meets-soft armchairs by design duo Gibson Karlo for furniture brand Design By Them.
The Cattle armchair takes cues from makeshift agricultural structures found in rural Australia. Users can select between a glossy camel or wine-red coloured frame with matching upholstery fabric.
Finnish company Khoy has developed king-, queen-, double- and single-sized beds that zip-up into correspondingly sized seats.
The Khoy sofa bed comes in a selection of upholstery fabrics, each united by a round-cornered, bolster-like aesthetic designed to be comfortable in any style of interior.
Ginkgo lounge chair by Anne-mette Bartholin and Morten Ernst for Cozmo
The leaves of the ginkgo tree were referenced in the shape of the seat of this chair, as designed by Anne-Mette Bartholin and Morten Ernst for furniture brand Cozmo.
The tri-legged Ginkgo lounge chair has a sculptural backrest comprising two lobes that meet in the centre, joining in the middle to create the bottom of the seat itself.
Camelot seating system by Antonio Citterio for Flexform
Architect Antonio Citterio worked with Italian brand Flexform on a seating system that comprises upholstered seats, cushions and backrests supported by a wood-and-metal frame.
Camelot's abundance of cushions make it distinctive, with contrasting or matching piping creating further texture.
Corsetto armchair by Cristián Mohaded for Molteni&C
A leather base reaches up to grasp the armrests of this tub-shaped armchair by Argentinian designer Cristián Mohaded for Italian furniture brand Molteni&C.
The Corsetto armchair contrasts its statement leather girdle with soft upholstery, which comes in various colourways.
