Mystone Silver Root tiles by Marazzi
Dezeen Showroom: Italian manufacturer Marazzi's Mystone Silver Root tiles are defined by dramatic natural stone-like veining enhanced by 3D Ink technology.
Mystone Silver Root tiles' striations are hyperrealistic in order to make them almost indistinguishable from stone quarried directly from nature. Marazzi explained that this is due to the 3D Ink technology used in the production process.
"Thanks to the 3D Ink technology used in the production process, the veining has great depth and richness of detail, giving an extremely realistic effect," said Marazzi.
The tiles come in a stoney colourway named Grigio, as well as paler yet warm Bianco and Beige. All feature tonal variations akin to real stone.
A choice of four size formats is available to choose from, as well as a pair of mosaic options: the classic 30 x 30 millimetre mosaic and the 30.3 x 30.3 millimetre Prisma mosaic, made up of chips with uneven edges.
